2. Brand & Product Information

  • Craftsmanship & Accuracy: Every Ogle piece is designed with precision weaving and master tailoring. While we strive to display product colors, textures, and silhouettes as accurately as possible, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings.
  • Sizing & Fits: Sizing guides are provided for reference. Minor variances may occur due to the handcrafted nature of tailored garments.
  • Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Gateway: Online payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and popular digital wallets.
  • Payment Authorization: By initiating a transaction, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you. Ogle does not store or capture your full card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials. All payment processing is subject to Razorpay’s terms of service and security standards.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirms receipt of your order request but does not signify final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment verification issues.

Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placement or prior to dispatch, whichever is earlier. Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the original payment source via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched from New Delhi, India. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and standard logistics operations.

Ogle is not liable for minor shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or local disruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including brand imagery, product designs, logos, text, graphics, and garment concepts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Ogle. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
